Her early successes in the arts of performing, and which is now known as Maureen O'Hara, would certainly qualify her to be in her place in the "child prodigy" category. For a child with Irish origins, who was surrounded she was by gifted parents, and her family, this came naturally. Maureen moved into this loving home on the 17th of August 20, in Ranelagh. Marguerita FitzSimons was an accomplished contralto. His father, Charles FitzSimons, managed an enterprise in Dublin and was also the owner of the famous Irish soccer team "The Shamrock Rovers." Maureen FitzSimons is the second child of Charles FitzSimons. Peggy FitzSimons, Florrie Fitzsimons Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons rounded out this amazing family. Maureen loved playing rough sports when she was an infant and was extremely good in them. In addition to this, she had a gift to act. This is why she received almost all of the Feis Awards for acting and dramatic performances in her home country. When she turned 14, the Abbey Theater accepted her and let her live her passion for classical theatre and singing opera.
